Brightcove PLAY

I was the lead designer for Brightcove PLAY 2016 and 2017 and designed collateral for the keynote presentation, booths, swag for attendees, templates for breakout presentations, name badges, directionals, website, party decor, etc. I worked with the marketing director and an outside event consultant in order to figure out how the rooms should be set up, went on site tours when looking for new locations, and met with the stage vendor to make sure the set up was on brand.

As we got closer to the event, I had regular meetings with the CEO and senior leadership team to review and refine the designs for their keynote presentations. I also attended all the day of rehearsals so I could make updates to the design and show the tech vendors where the slide changes should be in the talk tracks.

Booths + tradeshows

Beginning in 2015, I was the creative lead for all trade show events at Brightcove and created everything from pull-up banners to large scale booths. This included working directly with vendors to spec out and produce the structures as well giving art direction to two junior designers in order to keep a consistent feel throughout smaller event graphics.
