Marketing + CLM emails

Every marketing team wants to be able to send out email blasts quickly and sometimes they need emails built in just a few hours. I recognized that need at Circle and designed a series of templates that the brand team could use in order to quickly put components together for campaigns and Customer Lifecycle Management emails as our team grew. I built the templates out into responsive, easy to digest HTML files so any developer can grab component blocks of code and move them around based on how the design might have been modified. While this made it easier for my team to create emails quickly, I also wanted the marketing team to be able to update the emails themselves without any coding knowledge so I built templates that were compatible with both MailChimp and SendGrid’s WYSIWYG editors.

Before building these templates, I was also in charge of building and designing CLM and marketing blast emails that would help engage, inform, and acquire new customers. Some examples of those emails can be seen below.
